Coupons:

David Michael Audio may offer coupons on select products we sell. Coupon codes can be redeemed on orders placed online, mail or via phone unless specifically stated otherwise. Coupons MUST be presented/entered at time of order, verified by David Michael Audio as valid, and funds reserved before the expiration date. The offer will explicitly state which product(s) the coupon maybe applied towards and the expiration date of the coupon. The coupon will clearly state the percentage, dollar amount, shipping, or other discount applicable. All coupons expire at 11:59 p.m. EST on the date of expiration stated in the offer. Refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the original coupon or discount applied. Coupons are not valid for previous orders. David Michael Audio does not participate with companies offering unsolicited email offers (a.k.a. SPAM). David Michael Audio will not rent or sell your email address to anyone.

 

Shipping and Delivery:

David Michael Audio will ship products anywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii.

 

Shipping Exclusions:

We ship product all over the world. While we have no standing exclusions, we reserve the right not to ship to a location.

 

Truck Freight:

In the event the product purchased exceeds the shipping limits of the standard carriers such as UPS, FEDEX or US Postal Service, the merchandise may be shipped via trucking service. In this case your Sales Representative will notify you of this at the time of purchase.

 
Special Orders:
Special order merchandise is not subject to cancellation or refund. David Michael Audio requires a 50% non-refundable deposit on all special orders. David Michael Audio reserves the right to charge for all shipping costs on a situational basis.
 
Misprints:
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information printed or displayed. We reserve the right to correct any errors, whether in pricing, description, specifications, pictures, etc. David Michael Audio is not responsible for typographic, pricing, or technical errors.
 
Consignment:
Consigned goods are sold as-is. Goods sold on consignment are subject to a 25% fee, which will be reduced to a 15% fee when it involves purchase of new equipment by the consignee.
 
Returns & Replacements:

Satisfaction Guarantee: The products* offered by David Michael Audio are backed by our exclusive 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a product we will gladly refund the purchase price of the product or exchange the item. Please notify your salesmen or our customer service department within 30-days of receipt to arrange for a return. David Michael Audio is an authorized dealer for all of the products we sell.

 

*Restrictions,Limitations & Exclusions:

    • The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping/insurance fees.
    • Phono cartridges (unless defective, but for exchange only), consumables (fluids, etc) and items with adhesive backings are non-refundable.
    • Special orders, clearance, closeouts, demos, are not returnable.
    • Items discounted below the MSRP
    • Software and music can only be exchanged for the same title.
    • Conditions stated in the Return Policy/Process process must be met.

Return Policy/Process:

All returns must have a prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before our receiving department can accept them.

 

Process to return a product(s):

  1. The product MUST have been purchased within the last 30 days.
  2. The product must be in like new condition and packaged correctly with the original box, packaging, accessories, and manuals. Incomplete or improperly packaged products will be subject to a restocking fee.
  3. Shipping charges for return shipments must be paid by the customer.
  4. Call 248-259-7017 or email info@davidmichaelaudio.comto request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA Number.
  5. Clearly print the RMA Number on the return shipping label affixed to the outside of the package(s). Please do not deface the factory boxes by writing or marking on them. We cannot accept returns that are not in the original factory cartons. The best place for the RMA Number is to be clearly printed on the return address label.
  6. Include a brief description detailing why the product is being returned, along with the billing name and address.
  7. For your protection, we strongly recommend shipping the package(s) via insured FedEx or UPS. Please retain your tracking number as David Michael Audio will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items. If the package arrives damaged or distressed it will be refused. You will then need to file a claim with the carrier to recover the insured amount of your package(s).

  2. Depending on the payment method, David Michael Audio will either refund the original purchasing credit card account number or issue you a refund check for the purchase price of your product.

Defective Products:

If you believe that you have received a defective product please:

  1. Contact customer service within 24 hours at 248-259-7017.
  2. If a product arrives defective and cannot be fixed with replacement parts, please ship the package(s) via insured FedEx ground or UPS ground to:

  1. David Michael Audio will not send out a replacement product until the original product has been received and verified defective. Allow up to 10 business days from receipt at David Michael Audio’s warehouse for processing.
  2. We will replace defective item for same item only.
  3. Include return shipping cost/charge receipt in defective product box and we will refund those costs to you. 

Damaged Products:

If you believe that you have received a damaged product please contact customer service within 24 hours at 248-259-7017. If a product arrives damaged and cannot be fixed with replacement parts, David Michael Audio will contact the carrier and arrange for pickup of the damaged item. Please have the product repackaged with all accessories, and ready for pickup. David Michael Audio will not send out a replacement product until the original product has been received and verified damaged. We will replace defective item for same item only. Allow up to 10 business days from receipt at David Michael Audio’s warehouse for processing.
 
Refused Shipments
If you refuse delivery on any shipment for any reason, you will be financially responsible for the return shipping charges incurred to us by the carrier. You also will be financially responsible for any duties and taxes we will have to pay. These charges will either be deducted from any credit or charged to your credit card.

 

Privacy Policy

 

David Michael Audio, Inc. respects the privacy of all of our visitors and customers.

 

Website Visitors: Visitors to our site will not be contacted unless they request it via e-mail or telephone. When you browse our site, you do so anonymously.

Customers: David Michael Audio collects information from customers that place orders with us, but that information is limited to the information on our order form. This information is collected through a secure server, kept confident, and is used for the purposes of fulfilling individual orders.

 

Email Solicitation: Customers who place orders on our site may receive email notices with important news about changes in our products or policies from time to time. We strictly limit such notices to no more than once per month. Any customer at anytime may choose not to receive such notices by contacting our customer service department by telephone, 248-259-7017, or email info@davidmichaelaudio.com.
